    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return, please see below for our guidelines and procedures:

    • You may return most items within 30 days of the original purchase.
    • All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition and free of pet hair and smoke. All original tags and accessories, patches, accents, embellishments, buttons, zippers, etc. must still be attached.


    1. Contact customerservice@wornstar.com with your order number and, the problem with your order, and whether you are requesting a return for exchange or store credit.

    3. Eligible return items will be inspected and processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges and store credit may be processed for the customer in this time. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent to the email on the original order.
    • Returns are only accepted for size exchange or store credit.
    • You are responsible for shipping of the return unless the product shipped to you was defective or incorrect.
    • For defective/incorrect items that are returned, Wornstar will verify the product was defective or incorrect when we receive it.
    • Please insure your items. We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment.
    • Authorized returns must be sent back within 5 business day of the return authorization to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
    • If you are returning for a reason other than a size exchange or if the requested size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
    • Store credit is issued on the purchase price of the item only.

    We can only accept returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased on or official website Wornstar.com. For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item. Wornstar.com cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at Wornstar retail dealers. Wornstar retail dealers cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased online at Wornstar.com or from any other online or third party Wornstar clothing resellers.


If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 business days of the original delivery date. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping or by the recipient.

    All orders ship from the Wornstar Clothing warehouse, Goodyear, AZ, USA. All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Wornstar Clothing shipping policies.

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you require special services such as faster shipping method, signature upon delivery, insurance, please contact us at customerservice@wornstar.com prior to placing your order to make payment arrangements for those services.

    Processing and shipping times
    Orders for in stock items usually ship in 2-3 business days. Custom Shop orders additionally require the time to produce the garment in our Custom Shop. Please see the information about Custom Shop turnaround times below. When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the package to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available - you can check order status by logging into your account. Please be sure that you correctly type your email when signing up for an account or placing your order.

    Orders that combine in stock items, custom shop items and/or pre-order items ship together when the order is complete. If you would like to split ship your order, please contact us at customerservice@wornstar.com for a shipping quote. 

    Keep in mind that shipper service guarantee are suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to any shipping delays along the package route. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package does not arrive or is delivered to another address due to customer mistyping their own information upon ordering.

    We may not be able to ship to hotels, some mail forwarders and/or PO boxes depending on the location or if there are known issues with the location. Shipping may not be available to all locations.

    Wornstar Clothing ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx. USPS is traditionally cheaper than other shipping options and does not provide detailed tracking information. If you require other shipping via UPS or other method, please email customerservice@wornstar.com prior to placing your order to organize shipping.

    We do not offer drop shipping or blind shipment.

    USPS Priority Mail is insured (up to $50) and trackable. Priority mail can take up to 3-5 business days, in the US, once shipped. USPS does not guarantee delivery times. USPS Priority Mail 1-day, 2-day and 3-day are service names and do not dictate transit time or delivery time. It is a transit time estimate for when the package reaches the post office.

    USPS First Class is a cost effective but slower service.  This service is limited to small packages and some designs cannot ship using the USPS First Class service.  We recommend selecting Route Insurance at checkout if selecting USPS First Class.  

    All of the quoted transit times are in business days, and do not include weekends, US holidays, etc.

    International orders are shipped using DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx, UPS or USPS which is the US Postal Service. For postal orders, the packages are handed off to your country's postal service for 'door-to-door' delivery. For DHL, FedEx and UPS orders, the packages are delivered direct to door pending any applicable import tax payment.

    Priority Mail Express International Service comes with tracking and is insured. It is more expensive but has expedited brokerage which means your package will zip through customs and has the added protection of $100 free insurance coverage. We've rarely had an express package lost (although sometimes it will be returned if the destination address is wrong), and it is recommended for international packages.

    USPS First Class International is a cost effective but slower service.  This service is limited to small packages and some designs cannot ship using the USPS First Class service.  We recommend selecting Route Insurance at checkout if selecting USPS First Class International as there is no service insurance available directly from USPS when shipping First Class.  Transit time is 7-21 business days but can be longer depending on the final destination.  There is limited tracking once the package leaves the USA. Customs Clearance takes longer with First Class shipments.  

    DHL Express Worldwide comes with tracking/delivery confirmation, signature required and insurance. For most destinations, the transit time is 2-3 business days.

    UPS and FedEx services vary depending on the service selected.  Transit time is an estimate unless an express service is selected.  

    • All custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • The value of our package will be listed directly on your package or transmitted digitally as required by custom authorities.
    • The release of your package is at the sole discretion of custom agents.
    • UK orders under 135 GBP are charged 20% VAT at the time of purchase.  Any additional clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • UK orders over 135 GBP are charged Duty & VAT at the time of delivery.

    Due to customs processing, some packages may be delayed delivery.

    Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values.



    Custom Shop orders contain any of the following items:

    • Custom Add Ons and items with Custom Add Ons
    • Custom Sleeveless items

    Due to the nature of custom shop items, there is a lot of preparation involved in the production on your garment which begins as soon as you place your order. If you have any questions about a Custom Shop item that you wish to order or are unclear if the item you wish to order is considered a custom item please contact us at customerservice@wornstar.com to ask any questions that you may have PRIOR to placing your order. We are not liable for to answer questions or meet deadlines included in the order notes section of your custom order. That space is reserved for notes pertaining to your order.

    Custom Shop orders are hand made and take on an average 10-12 weeks to ship out, but it could be longer depending on availability of materials to produce the item and work load in the custom shop at time you place your order. If you have an important event and need your item rushed please contact us at customerservice@wornstar.com to make sure we can meet your date. All custom work must be pre-paid in full before any work is begun. If we are not notified about a delivery date PRIOR to you placing your order and cannot meet that deadline, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    For all Custom Stage Wear designs, we recommend the following washing instructions:
    • Please spot clean whenever possible.
    • For best results please hand wash your garment in cold water and hang to dry.
    • You may also wash in a washing machine in cold water inside out in mild detergent and on gentle cycle.
    • Lay flat or hang dry*.
    • Do not iron dry.
    • Do not dry outside.
    • Due to the hand dye process the colors may bleed so it’s best to wash the item separately from your other clothing. Do not bleach.
    • Specific to Alloy Wash™, Frosted Suede Wash™, Smoke Wash™: The wash process is a stain and any mid to heavy detergent or detergent with stain removal will reduce and/or remove the wash from the pants.

    The Custom Stage Wear washing instructions apply to designs that have been customized from our Custom Add-Ons section excluding inseam alterations to Street Wear/Stage Wear(non-custom) bottoms and sleeveless variations on Street Wear tops.

    For Street Wear tops:
    Tees, Work Shirts and Hoodies
    • Wash cold water inside out in mild detergent and on gentle cycle.
    • Hang dry* or in dryer on low heat.

    For Street Wear/Stage Wear(non-custom) bottoms:
    • Wash cold water inside out in mild detergent and on gentle cycle.
    • Hang dry* or in dryer on low heat.

    Garments with embellishments:
    If your garment has embellishments like foil, stones, studs, hand stitching, hand cutting, extra patchwork, etc. we recommend hand washing in cold water using mild detergent, reshaping, and hanging to dry.

    * Hang drying is specific to being done indoors.

    Wornstar Clothing is not responsible for any design being damaged, deteriorating or losing the effect of applied customization due to incorrect washing.


    Prices subject to change without notice. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). There is a currency conversion tool in the top menu that will allow you to view the site in several other currencies to make shopping easier. At checkout all prices will revert back to US Dollars for the final transaction.

    Online prices, offers and selection may vary from our retail store and are subject to change. Discounts may not be combined. Coupon and discount codes may not be applied to already discounted items.

    You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa® MasterCard® Discover Card® American Express® Amazon Pay® Apple Pay® and PayPal.


    After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address.


    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wornstar reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.


    Wornstar Clothing is committed to respecting the privacy rights of online visitors to our Site. Wornstar Clothing also recognizes the importance of protecting information collected about you. While visiting the Wornstar site, we may ask you to register and/or provide information that personally identifies you, including but not limited to any name, address, telephone number, email address, birth date, credit card or payment information, or other information that could be used to contact you or any other identifying information that you may disclose to Wornstar for purposes of interacting with our site, including, for example, when you ask for information, enter a contest, order our products, or download material ("Personal Information"). If you choose to provide Wornstar with your Personal Information, it will permit us to make your use of our site and services more enjoyable. Wornstar uses your Personal Information to help you quickly find goods, services, or information on the site. There is a technology called "cookies" which can be used to provide you with tailored information from a web site. A cookie is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. Some Wornstar pages may use cookies so that we may better serve you when you return to our site. Unless otherwise required by law, Wornstar does not disclose any Personal Information to third parties. However, Wornstar reserves the right to make exceptions, such as when we believe that an emergency, illegal activity or some other reasonable basis exists for notifying or providing such information to the appropriate authorities.


    SECTION 1 - How do we collect your information and what do we do with it?
    When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Our third party e-commerce service provider, Shopify, has access to this information as well as your credit card information (we do not maintain your credit card information). See section 4 below for about Shopify. Once your order is complete, we store your name and address information to more easily assist you in the future. We do not give any other third party your information without your express consent. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (ip) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. There is an option in the checkout process on our site for you to opt in to receiving promotional communications from us, we may send you emails about our brand, our site, new products and other updates if you check the box agreeing to receive that information. See the following paragraph for more information about changing your email preferences.

    SECTION 2 - Consent
    How do you get my consent?
    By providing us with personal information to complete a transaction, verifying your credit card, placing an order, arranging for a delivery or return, you have consented to us collecting your personal information for that specific reason only. We will then keep your name and address in our system to better assist you in the future.     SECTION 3 - Disclosure
    We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our terms of service.

    SECTION 4 - Shopify
    Our store is hosted on Shopify inc. they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.     SECTION 5 - Third-party services
    In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this privacy policy or our website’s terms of service.

    When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

    Google Analytics
    Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

    SECTION 6 - Security
    To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

    SECTION 7 - Cookies
    Here is a list of cookies that we use. we’re providing the list to enable you to choose whether or not you want to opt-out of cookies.
    _session_id, unique token, sessional, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
    _shopify_visit, no data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
    _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
    cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart.
    _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional, storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite if the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
    pref, persistent for a very short period, set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where.

    SECTION 8 - Age of consent
    By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

    SECTION 9 - Changes to this privacy policy
    We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

    Product Display and Display Colors
    The Wornstar site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor or device you are using.


    Prices and availability of products and merchandise are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Wornstar reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Wornstar will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.


    Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited. Users may not modify, remove, delete, augment, or in any way change the content of the Wornstar web site. Content included on or comprising the Wornstar site including information, data, software, photographs, typefaces, sounds and other material is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights.


    The Wornstar web site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The owners of Wornstar cannot warrant that use of the Wornstar site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Every effort is made to be sure the content of the Wornstar web site is accurate and complete. However, the owners of Wornstar do not warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided. No oral advice or written information given by Wornstar or its Associates shall create a warranty. Under no circumstances shall the owners of Wornstar or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Wornstar site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Wornstar site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. Any user hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content and merchandise.


    The Wornstar site is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. Children under the age of 13 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site. Wornstar is concerned about the safety of our children when they use the internet. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 13, we will remove his or her personal information from our files.


    Wornstar reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that abuses any of these terms. Wornstar reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that bullies or abuses Wornstar, our employees, dealers, artists, customers, affiliates, sponsors, etc. on social media, via email, via phone or any other public website. Wornstar reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that uses online reviews or posts as a form of extortion or slander.
