So far so good! Good communication, and products and price points for the most part. Jeans seem overpriced by about a quarter % so have bought rock jeans elsewhere. Good communication on returns, prompt responses. In store credit versus refund, which works for me.
I have different Rampager, Starchaser and my favorite, the Hellraiser jeans. So far in the last 18 months the jeans have held up great. One time I had to get zipper replaced, the other pairs no issue. I have about 13 now. They are super comfortable, durable and look amazing. I have heard about customer service being lack luster but the last 2xs I called there was a noticeable difference for the better. Wornstar makes an excellent product for both performers/ musicians to your average lay person who wants to look good.
One suggestion may be incentives for customers who buy a lot ,,, maybe 15-20% coupon , even a little swag with. Your order,,, like stickers

I can’t even begin to say how awesome my Magic Dance jeans are! The workmanship is top notch. These are absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. I can honestly say these are the best fitting, best looking and best design I’ve ever owned! Highly recommend this store!

Fantastic jeans, fit perfectly and are really comfortable. Delivery was really quick also, would definitely buy from them again.
Edit- just to explain a little further, as a vertically challenged individual with a small frame, sometimes trying to find jeans that fit perfectly can be frustrating, the service Wornstar provides is excellent in taking the hassle out of returning items which prove to be too big at the waist or length wise. Perfect jeans, I'm so impressed!
