So far so good! Good communication, and products and price points for the most part. Jeans seem overpriced by about a quarter % so have bought rock jeans elsewhere. Good communication on returns, prompt responses. In store credit versus refund, which works for me.
I have different Rampager, Starchaser and my favorite, the Hellraiser jeans. So far in the last 18 months the jeans have held up great. One time I had to get zipper replaced, the other pairs no issue. I have about 13 now. They are super comfortable, durable and look amazing. I have heard about customer service being lack luster but the last 2xs I called there was a noticeable difference for the better. Wornstar makes an excellent product for both performers/ musicians to your average lay person who wants to look good.
One suggestion may be incentives for customers who buy a lot ,,, maybe 15-20% coupon , even a little swag with. Your order,,, like stickers
Bottom line ,,,, Wornstar makes great clothes!!!! ( the pics are my Wornstar wordrobe)
