Our Covid-19 Response

The Wornstar team is watching the COVID-19 situation closely to keep our employees and customers safe. The governor of Illinois has issued a shelter in place executive order for the state, requiring people to stay home whenever possible until at least May 30. As part of the updated order, some businesses are allowed to operate in a limited fashion while maintaining social distancing and taking safety precautions. Our studio and showroom are currently closed, and employees who can work from home are doing so.

For now, our online store WORNSTAR.COM is available for shopping. Fulfillment operations have been limited to shipping 2-3 times a week and we have added additional safety precautions.

However, please note the situation is ever changing and there may be unforeseen delays in shipping orders or answering customer service inquiries. Our customer service phones will not be answered at this time so we encourage all customer service inquiries to be directed to our email at customerservice@wornstar.com.

We are continuing to work on orders in the order they are received and doing our best to stay on schedule. There are certain custom orders that cannot be completed outside our studio because they are certain steps that are not safe to do at home and must be done in the workshop. With the limitations put on us by the state of Illinois there will be delays in our normal turnaround schedule as it pertains to custom orders. We are working together to make sure that the finishing process will be done smoothly once we return to normal operations.

Wornstar is a small company of eight employees and we appreciate all of our customers and respect every order that we receive. Please continue to support our small business by ordering at WORNSTAR.COM and we’ll keep making badass clothes.
