Our Covid-19 Response

November 2020 - The Wornstar team is watching the COVID-19 situation closely to keep our employees and customers safe. Our showroom is currently closed, and will remain closed for the unforeseeable future. For now, our online store WORNSTAR.COM is available for shopping. Fulfillment operations have been limited to shipping 2-3 times a week and we have added additional safety precautions.

However, please note the situation is ever changing and there may be unforeseen delays in shipping orders or answering customer service inquiries. We encourage all customer service inquiries to be directed to our email at customerservice@wornstar.com.

We are continuing to work on orders in the order they are received and doing our best to stay on schedule. Wornstar is a small company of six employees and we appreciate all of our customers and respect every order that we receive. Please continue to support our small business by ordering at WORNSTAR.COM and we’ll keep making badass clothes.

November 2020 - Holiday Return Policy Update

Effective immediately and until further notice - Due to the current global situation with COVID-19, Wornstar Clothing will not be processing returns/exchanges during the holiday season. For customers receiving items that they would like to exchange for a different size or return for store credit, a ten day sanitizing period will apply from when the package arrives at the shop to all orders sent back for exchange or store credit.
